You don't have to dream up the characters, art style, or the setting, but you do have to give the fans, and the licensors, what they want. This panel will discuss the ins and outs of designing and developing such games with perspectives from gaming luminaries such as John Nee (Cryptozoic Entertainment, WildStorm), Matt Hyra (designer of Rick and Morty and DC Comics games), Jens Andersen (DC Universe Online, Star WArs: Battlefront), Flint Dille (Niantic Labs) and Barry Goldstein (psychologist, game designer). The panel will end with Shark Tank style pitches from you, the audience. So bring your prototypes and try to sell your games!

Members of the San Diego Star Wars Society, veteran hosts of trivia panels at Comic-Con International, have prepared an even more challenging contest this year for fans who think they know the galaxy far, far away. Returning this year will be a game round for kids ages 5-11, followed by three adult game rounds (ages 12 and up). All game rounds are conducted in a Last Man Standing format. Come test your knowledge, and you may win some of the thousands of dollars of prizes provided by Star Wars licensees.
