Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Edmund Cronin and a panel of comic creators, storytellers, and doctors each have a unique story to share. Comics have been and are being used to bring attention to mental health issues in very thoughtful and provocative ways. Learn about how comics can play a role in reversing the stigma of mental illness and explore ways to understand and connect with love ones from Alex Thomas, M.D. (pediatric allergist, cartoonist, co-founder of Booster Shot Media), Christine Clark, M.D. (psychiatric resident at University of New Mexico, scientist, author), Jeremy Lasman (artist, entrepreneur, inventor, co-founder of the Art and Learning Expedition), Gary Ashwal (health communication specialist, co-founder of Booster Shot Media), Dave Elliott (author of Odyssey, The Weirding Willows, artist, editor-in-chief at Zuiker Press), and Edmund Cronin (artist, evangelist, entrepreneur, public speaker).
