Continuing from their WonderCon Anaheim panel, Anvil Station is here with a panel of expert builders to answer your questions about making Halo costumes and props. They’ll provide a brief overview of the common techniques and methods used to create props and armor, followed by a Q&A on topics such as basic construction with foam and fiberglass (James Hall), 3D printing (Alec Richter of Fabled Phoenix Props), casting and molding, painting (Cary Gunnar Lee and J. P. Pollio of Starside Armory), lasercutting (Benedict Choy, Spacemeat The Cosplay), and electronics (Matt Hendricks, a.k.a. AsthMattic). They’ll also demo armor parts and props.
