Rice (contributing author to Middle-earth: From Script to Screen), Mike "Ostadan" Urban (writer of The Peoples Guide to J. R. R. Tolkien), Nancy "Mithril" Steinman (art director for Ringers: Lord of the Fans), and Janette Jolman (master cosplayer) to celebrate 80 years of Tolkien's Middle-earth. They'll discuss Tolkien's legendarium and its effect on the fantasy genre as seen on bookstore shelves and in artists' renderings and items cherished as collectibles, heard in music, played in games, and enjoyed as cosplay.
