Attorney
Riverside, CA
I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners to help with all their legal needs.  Each business is different, and requires individual attention to its own unique issues.  Unlike traditional law firms, I work with your company as part of the team.  I will come to your offices to learn what challenges you face and what your goals are.  I will make it easier for you to concentrate on your business.

Having represented many start-ups, entrepreneurs, small business owners and both the majority and minority shareholders in each, as well as various Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, I anticipate your future business concerns as you grow and am available to help you prevent problems before they surface.  I will help you to stay in compliance with ever-changing regulations, such as your duties as a California employer under  the guidelines set forth by the California Department of Industrial Relations.

Your intellectual property needs to be protected, and I will help you to do so.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, I was a data security technician for Mellon Bank, N.A. and programmed many proprietary pieces of software.  I combine my technical knowledge with my legal expertise and regularly publish on copyright, trademark, and trade secret issues in business journals.  I was also recently  a contributing author for the American Bar Association's book Information Security and Privacy: A Practical Guide for Global Executives, Lawyers, and Technologists.
